Welcome to Avenue View Visuals. Please review the following terms, which apply to all photography and video services booked through our company. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Turnaround Time
Photos, Floor-plans, etc. : Delivered within 12â24 hours after the shoot.
Videos: Delivered within 48 hours after the shoot.
Delivery timelines start once the shoot is complete.
đ Travel & Mileage
Shoots within a 30-mile radius of 201 Cherokee Blvd. are included.
Travel outside this radius will incur a $0.65 per mile fee (round-trip).
Long-distance or overnight shoots may require custom travel fees.
đŠī¸ FAA Clearance & Property Info
Property address must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows time to obtain any necessary FAA authorizations for drone operations.
Late address submissions may result in rescheduling.
đ Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please notify me at least 2-4 hours in advance for cancellations or changes.
Weather-related rescheduling is allowed at no charge if deemed necessary.
đŗ Payment Terms
For first-time clients, booking and payment must be completed through the website at the time of scheduling.
After your first shoot, future sessions will be invoiced directly.
Invoices will be sent via SwipeSimple within 48 hours of delivery, and payment is due upon receipt.
đ Drone Flights & Airspace Limits
All drone operations follow FAA regulations.
If drone flight is denied due to airspace restrictions, aerial footage may be modified or excluded.
đˇ Image Rights & Licensing
Clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for marketing (MLS, social media, print).
Avenue View Visuals retains copyright and may use content in our portfolio.
Media may not be resold or transferred without written consent.
đ ī¸ Revisions & Editing
Minor edits (sky replacement, object removal) may be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Major edits or revisions requested after delivery may be billed separately.
